Terms of service

These short-form terms are between you and Graticule and set the baseline for using the service while the product is in early access.

Who these terms apply to

These terms form an agreement between you and Graticule for your use of the Graticule service.

If you purchase a paid subscription, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the transaction and Graticule remains the supplier of the service.

Using the service

Graticule is provided for professional mapping, data visualisation, and related evaluation work. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data, documents, and prompts you submit.

You agree not to use the service to upload malicious content, violate privacy rights, reverse engineer the platform, or generate outputs that break applicable law or contractual obligations.

Availability and changes

Graticule is currently offered in an early-access state. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as we improve the product.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is creating operational, security, or legal risk.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the material you upload and the outputs you export. By using Graticule, you give us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform that material so the product works as intended.

We do not claim ownership of your underlying data, but you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use it.

Billing, cancellations, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy together with Paddle's buyer terms. If you want to request a refund, you must submit the request within 14 days of the relevant transaction date.

Liability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Graticule is supplied on an as-available basis during this stage. You should review important outputs before publication or policy use.
