Refund policy

This policy explains how Graticule handles subscription cancellations, refund requests, and statutory withdrawal rights for purchases processed through Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a paid Graticule subscription at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.

If you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of the billing period you already paid for unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where Paddle considers a discretionary refund request, the request must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within 14 days does not guarantee a refund.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. Where local law grants an unconditional withdrawal or refund right, that right applies.

Examples in Paddle's current policy include a 14-day statutory withdrawal period in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK, 7 days in Canada, South Korea, Brazil, and China, and 5 days in Singapore.

How requests are handled

To request a refund, use the Paddle receipt or subscription email links, visit paddle.net, or contact billing@graticule.app so we can help route the request correctly.

If a refund is approved, it is returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
