Legal
Privacy policy
This is a short working policy for Graticule's pre-launch product. It explains the main categories of data we handle and the principles we apply while the service is in early access.
What we collect
We collect the account details you provide to access Graticule, along with the prompts, uploads, map settings, and export actions needed to run the product.
We also collect limited product analytics, billing-state sync fields, and operational logs so we can keep the service reliable, understand onboarding friction, and investigate abuse or failures.
How we use information
We use your information to deliver the core mapping workflow, improve product quality, support your team, and communicate important service updates.
We do not use your content to build consumer profiles or sell advertising audiences. Access to user data is limited to the Graticule team and carefully selected infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, including billing and hosting providers.
Data handling and retention
We aim to keep only the data required to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded files, prompts, and generated outputs may be retained for continuity, debugging, and support unless you ask us to delete them.
If your organisation has stricter retention requirements, contact support@graticule.app before onboarding and we can discuss an appropriate setup.
Questions and requests
If you need access, correction, or deletion support, email support@graticule.app. We will respond as quickly as we can and work with you on any organisation-specific privacy requirements.
